Should be an organized on Boarding Package. Scheduled pre recorded trainings that could instead be done at our convenience. A list of video trainings in order to be done AFTER the set up of the program on computers and desk top so we can work along with training videos. All forms in order to be selected and customized as needed. Support wasn't helpful when I couldn't even access my account. We are supposed to go live in 1 week. Doubtful.
Does anyone have any help to make this easier?
