So often I find myself missing messages from my front staff because it has timed out over 59 minutes (currently the maximum time limit on global options). Currently there is no way to make it last longer other than manually increasing the time limit EVERY TIME you type a message. Sometimes we are so busy or I have a big case that I may not get back to my desk for an hour or 2. It seems like it would be an easy enough fix but I would LOVE to make a global option where the message either dont time out or increase the time limit to multiple hours just like you can do when you type a message. Its gotten to the point where any important message the team doesn't trust YAPI will effectively deliver the message to me so my desk gets full of post it notes. PLEASE consider making this simple change.
