When the doctors are going room to room, is there a way to signify that the doctor is done with that patient by having a status change in the alert? Maybe when the doctor has been in that room the color of the alert pop up can be changed to a completed color so other staff members know when it is okay to click out of all of the alerts on their screens? (Essentially what is happening is the amount of popups that are showing up on the computers are making it difficult for staff members to function on their computers but they are also nervous about clicking out of the summons messages in case the doctors need to know where to go to next)
