There are a lot of times that my co-workers will receive an incoming text from a patient and they may be texting that patient back at the same time or not have checked the show history to see that it's already been taken care of. Would it be possible to have the message change colors to signify that someone has already taken care of the patient or is "working on it" maybe they can attach their provider code to the message in some way to show that they are on it?
