There should be a sound that happens when we move someone from the opt to check out so we know to check the route slip to see what pt needs before they are brought up. There is a sound for check in and dismiss but not for check out

I would agree, we are having trouble with the check out knowing when the information is in, without going back in every couple minutes.

YES! We have the clinical team ALSO send a alert message to the check out box as well. If there was just an alert or sound that alerted the check out person they moved someone in there that would be ever so helpful.
