Disabling Recall Reminders with Balances

It would be awesome if there was a feature where we could disable automated recall reminders for patients with a balance. I know there is a way to disable them for each patient, and we already do that but for patients who do not want communication at all via text or email. It would be nice to have a setting that allows us to prevent reminders from being sent just while they have a balance, and then is removed once it's at zero.
