Feature requests

I would like to see if its possible to sign multiple consent forms one time instead of one-at-a-time. Would be a time saver. 

Also, would like an option that would allow us to "save" notes made in routing slip while the patient is in the "check-out area" prior to dismissal instead of moving the patient back to an operatory to add more notes. 

Would like to be notified when a patient leaves a review (i.e. review notification)

In huddle notes...would like a list of work that has been treatment planned, but not been scheduled. Additionally, would like a list of procedures previously completed on each patient, as well as the last time pt came in for work. Would be a good refresher for when Doctor goes into operatory and prevents the "what was completed the last time I saw you...how is that filling/crown" conversation as well as wasted time looking it up on practice management system while we are trying to catch up with patient. 

After hours text message alerting patient that the office is closed and which lists our office number so they can leave a voice message or when a staff member will be able to respond to their text (i.e the next day). 

Not sure if this is possible, however, would be nice if a separate communication tool (similar to text) which would allow all staff members and myself to leave important notes and that would have a log similar to text messages. Right now I am using our yapi number to send important information, but I think it would be nice if everybody could text/message (from phone and through yapi workstations) to our own intraoffice message module for important things that need to be addressed ASAP.

    This is implemented by Google and Yelp natively. You will need to login to your accounts and set it up. 

    This way you will capture all review submissions not only those that were submitted via YAPI app.

    Also on negative feedback YAPI app sends notification back to the office almost immediately
